Job summary

Grüns is seeking a hands-on Retail Operations specialist based in the UAE to own daily order fulfillment, manage inventory, and optimize processes. You will coordinate with distributors and 3PLs, ensure timely orders, and implement AI-driven efficiency tools.

The role requires 3+ years in CPG retail operations, experience with Walmart/club channels, and strong Excel skills. Familiarity with Fulfil.io and ERP/WMS systems is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail operations/order fulfillment/replenishment in a CPG environment.
• Direct experience with Walmart and club channels (Sam's Club, Costco).
• Experience with distributors like UNFI or KeHE.
• Knowledge of EDI order management, lot codes, and expiration handling.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, simple modeling).
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems; Fulfil.io a plus.
• Ability to use AI tools like Claude to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day retail order fulfillment and resolve shipment issues.
• Proactively manage base inventory to prevent shortages.
• Process new orders accurately and on schedule.
• Run proactive inventory reviews for promotions and new item launches.
• Track OTIF performance, chargebacks, and late trucks.
• Manage 3PL and logistics partner relationships and SLAs.
• Build and document SOPs for receiving, lot/expiry management, and returns.
• Identify tools and AI workflows to improve efficiency.
