Confidential Company in the UAE is seeking a results-driven sales leader with 5-10 years of Alcobev/FMCG experience to head the Business Development function. You will lead and develop the team, drive retail initiatives, and guide budgeting and P&L analysis to maximize profits.

The role demands aggressive pursuit of new business volumes, strong retail management capabilities, and a track record of delivering growth in a competitive market. Local market knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications
