Job summary

Chemist-Warehouse is seeking a hands‑on IT professional to maintain IT services across offices, warehouses and stores in the UAE. You will split time between head office desk support and on‑site work, ensuring systems and network reliability for store openings and daily operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT support, strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 expertise, and experience with CCTV and POS environments. Travel across the UAE and after‑hours support are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support or infrastructure, multi-site preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with CCTV and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑line IT support across offices, warehouses and stores.
• Support Microsoft 365 apps and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Configure and test network gear and Wi‑Fi across sites.
• Coordinate with vendors for installations and refurbishments.
• Travel for on‑site support and store openings across the UAE.
