Job summary

L'Oréal in Dubai is seeking a Luxury Retail Design Architect to bring our brand identities to life across the GCC and Levant. You will design high-end boutique layouts and adapt concepts for shop‑in‑shop environments, ensuring premium aesthetics and flawless execution.

The role involves managing end‑to‑end projects, coordinating with internal marketing teams and external agencies, and delivering sustainable retail journeys that elevate the physical consumer experience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Experience in luxury/beauty retail design on the brand or agency side.
• A proven portfolio of boutique or shop-in-shop projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, Project Management, and strong aesthetic sensibility.
