Job summary

L’Oréal Luxe in Dubai is seeking a talented designer with a Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture to lead luxury retail projects across the GCC and Levant. You will report to the Retail Design Group Manager and translate brand identities into refined boutique environments.

Responsibilities include designing high‑end layouts, managing end‑to‑end projects with budgets and schedules, coordinating with internal marketing and external agencies, and delivering sustainable design

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Experience in luxury/beauty retail design.
• Portfolio of boutique or shop-in-shop projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and strong project management + aesthetic sensibility.

Responsibilities

• Design & Adapt: Create high-end layouts for boutiques and shop-in-shops.
• Manage Projects: Drive end-to-end execution, overseeing technical drawings, budgets, and timelines.
• Collaborate: Partner with internal marketing teams and external contractors/agencies for flawless execution.
• Innovate Retail Journeys: Deliver sustainable design solutions that elevate the physical consumer experience.
