Job summary

L’Oréal is seeking a skilled Retail Design professional based in Dubai to bring luxury brand identities to life across the GCC and Levant. You will report to the Retail Design Group Manager and manage end-to-end boutique and shop-in-shop projects, overseeing layouts, timelines and budgets, while collaborating with internal marketing teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture is required.
Experience in luxury/beauty retail design on brand or agency side is required.
A proven portfolio of boutique or shop-in-shop projects is essential.
Proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp, project management, and strong aesthetic sensibility is expected.

Responsibilities

Design & Adapt: Create high-end layouts for boutiques and shop-in-shops.
Manage Projects: Drive end-to-end execution, overseeing technical drawings, budgets, and timelines.
Collaborate: Partner with internal marketing teams and external contractors/agencies for flawless execution.
