Job summary

Apparel Group seeks a Marketing Executive - Retail Campaigns in Dubai to drive development and execution of integrated campaigns for assigned brands. You will coordinate events, CRM, digital marketing, influencer partnerships and in-store initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and support commercial objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in marketing or related role.
• Fashion or retail marketing experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist development and execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with agencies to ensure materials are delivered on schedule.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Work with agencies to create and maintain marketing calendars aligned with launch dates.
• Prepare reports, marketing presentations, campaign calendars and content plans.
• Share regional assets and launch plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Support additional marketing projects as required by the team.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate digital, e-commerce and PR activities with the marketing team.
• Identify suitable influencers and coordinate with partners to enhance brand visibility.
• Conduct basic market research to inform strategy and campaign planning.
