Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking a Business Expert for Apple Retail to help business customers discover how Apple and third-party products can empower their operations. You will identify opportunities, propose tailored solutions, forecast needs, and close sales while mentoring teammates in business customer engagements.

You will work in a fast-paced store environment, delivering exceptional service, and collaborating across the store to drive business outcomes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or sales or related work.
• Experience with Apple products, services, and solutions.
• Able to work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays in-store.

Responsibilities

• Establish and engage business customers by showcasing technology and solutions.
• Proactively engage with business customers and educate them on how to buy.
• Serve as the go-to expert and mentor on business customer needs and solutions.
• Collaborate across the Apple Store in business sessions, briefings, workshops and events.
• Lay a foundation for long-term relationships with local business customers through proactive engagement and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain accurate business customer contact and relationship information in our CRM app.
• Perform other tasks to provide customer service in other areas of the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning.
• Demonstrate Apple’s values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
