Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Experience in real estate sales or consultancy is advantageous.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, leasing and investing in properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing and business development.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice.
• Stay informed about market trends and property values.
• Prepare listings, presentations and marketing materials.
• Negotiate offers and contracts to close deals.
• Coordinate with owners, developers, lawyers and banks during transactions.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
• Aim to achieve monthly and annual sales targets with excellent service.
