Job summary

Daikan Izakaya - Galleria Mall Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. You will assist in managing daily restaurant operations, ensuring guests receive high-quality service and smooth operations.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication. You will help train staff, manage shifts, monitor inventory, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a supervisory role within restaurant or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills to drive team performance.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee staff performance during shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Monitor guest experience and address any issues to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Assist in training new staff, sharing knowledge about service standards, menu items, and processes.
• Assist in scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
• Help track inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies and managing stock levels efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe and clean working environment.
• Assist in reporting on operational performance, customer feedback, and staff performance to upper management.
