Job summary

Ladurée in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist the Restaurant Manager in delivering the brand’s high standards, service quality, and profitable operation.

You will supervise daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, train staff, monitor safety and hygiene, and help meet sales and cost targets while maintaining professional image.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with Ladurée standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction, handle complaints.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate restaurant staff; manage schedules and performance.
• Ensure service from guest arrival to checkout is smooth and high quality.
• Monitor food preparation, hygiene, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Manage inventory, stock levels, waste, and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and daily reports.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, labor, and food cost targets.
• Maintain grooming, presentation, and professional conduct.
• Promote teamwork between FOH, BOH, Warehouse, Lab and other departments.
• Ensure employees follow company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized working environment.
• Participate in company training and continuously develop job knowledge and skills.

Job description

The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Manager in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the restaurant while maintaining Ladurée's brand, service, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory, stock levels, food wastage, and equipment maintenance.
• Supervise cash handling, billing, POS transactions, and daily financial reports.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving sales, profitability, labor cost, and food cost targets.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, personal presentation, and professional conduct.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication between FOH, BOH, Warehouse, Lab, and other departments.
• Ensure all employees understand and follow company policies, SOPs, operational procedures, and compliance requirements.
