Job summary

DELANO Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor at Tutto Passa to support the leadership team and deliver smooth daily operations with warm, energetic, and personalised service across breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will lead from the floor, ensuring every guest experience is engaging and distinctly Tutto Passa.

Ideal candidates bring luxury hospitality experience, strong à la carte know-how, and excellent English communication, with Italian or Russian language skills considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional in a luxury hotel or elevated restaurant.
• Strong à la carte restaurant experience and understanding of service sequence.
• Italian or Mediterranean restaurant experience is desirable.
• Confident, engaging and hands-on with strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and genuine hospitality passion.
• Fluent English; Italian, Russian or additional languages are an advantage.

• Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.
• Lead the team on the floor, supporting smooth service flow and guest engagement.
• Support elevated à la carte lunch and dinner service, including pacing and table management.
• Conduct pre-service briefings covering reservations, VIPs, menu updates and priorities.
• Coach and support team members during service, providing guidance and feedback.
• Maintain strong menu, beverage and product knowledge and support upselling.
• Work closely with Culinary and Bar teams for seamless service.
• Build genuine relationships with guests and respond confidently to feedback and requests.
• Support opening and closing procedures, inventory and operational requirements.
• Ensure food safety, hygiene and DELANO service standards are consistently maintained.

• Confident, engaging and hands-on with strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English; Italian, Russian or additional languages are an advantage.
