Job summary

Ennismore, bringing the Delano brand to the UAE, seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for Tutto Passa at DELANO Dubai. Lead front of house, maintain high service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction across breakfast, lunch and dinner with Italian hospitality flair.

You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and partner with Culinary and Bar teams to deliver seamless service and memorable experiences at a luxury property.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional in a luxury setting.
• Strong à la carte restaurant experience and understanding of service sequences.
• Italian or Mediterranean restaurant experience is highly desirable.
• Confident, engaging and hands-on with strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge and genuine hospitality passion.
• Fluent English; Italian or Russian language skills are an advantage.

Job Description

As Restaurant Supervisor at Tutto Passa, DELANO Dubai, you will support the restaurant leadership team in delivering smooth daily operations and warm, energetic and personalised service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Inspired by the spirit and generosity of Italian hospitality, you will lead from the floor, support the team and ensure every guest experience feels considered, engaging and distinctly Tutto Passa.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.

Lead the team on the floor, supporting smooth service flow and guest engagement.

Conduct pre-service briefings covering reservations, VIPs, menu updates and priorities.

Coach and support team members during service, providing guidance and feedback.

Maintain strong menu, beverage and product knowledge and support the team with recommendations and upselling.

Work closely with Culinary and Bar teams to ensure seamless service.

Build genuine relationships with guests and respond confidently to feedback and requests.

Support opening and closing procedures, inventory and operational requirements.

Ensure food safety, hygiene and DELANO service standards are consistently maintained.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional within a luxury hotel, lifestyle property or elevated restaurant.

Strong à la carte restaurant experience and understanding of service sequence and floor operations.

Italian or Mediterranean restaurant experience is highly desirable.

Confident, engaging and hands-on with strong communication and team leadership skills.

Strong food & beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Fluent English; Italian, Russian or additional languages are an advantage.
