Job summary

Ennismore’s DELANO Dubai on Bluewaters Island seeks a Restaurant Supervisor for Tutto Passa to lead daily service with warmth and precision.

You will supervise operations across breakfast, lunch and dinner, coach the team, manage reservations and VIPs, and partner with Culinary and Bar teams to deliver elevated hospitality.

Fluent English required; Italian or Mediterranean experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or senior service professional in a luxury setting.
• Strong à la carte restaurant experience and understanding of service sequence.
• Italian or Mediterranean restaurant experience desirable.
• Confident, engaging with strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong food & beverage knowledge with passion for hospitality.
• Fluent English; Italian/Russian or other languages are an advantage.

Job Description

As Restaurant Supervisor at Tutto Passa, DELANO Dubai, you will support the restaurant leadership team in delivering smooth daily operations and warm, energetic and personalised service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Strong food & beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality.

Fluent English; Italian, Russian or additional languages are an advantage.
