Job summary

The Lana - Dorchester Collection in Dubai invites applications for a Restaurant Reservations Agent. You will respond to guest enquiries by email or phone to secure, create and confirm reservations across all outlets, while maintaining impeccable service standards.

You will participate in daily briefings, understand the F&B offerings, and help maximise guest satisfaction and revenue through informed upselling and cross-outs. Training is provided through the brand’s learning academy.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality reservations is a plus.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
