Responsibilities

Coordinate daily front of house and back of house restaurant operations
Provide exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction
Respond efficiently to customer complaints
Regularly assess product quality and explore new vendors
Organize and monitor shifts
Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
Forecast future needs for goods and cleaning items
Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
Maintain the restaurant's image and suggest improvements
Control operating costs and identify waste-cutting actions
Produce detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and costs
Promote the brand in the local area via word of mouth and events
Advise on reaching a broader audience through discounts and social media ads
Train new and existing staff on customer service techniques
Implement policies and procedures for ongoing operations
