Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant including inventory management, staff scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Hire, train, and manage a team of servers, chefs, and other staff members.
• Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
