As part of the opening of Monsieur Paul in May 2026, Les Maisons Bocuse are recruiting the talents who will form the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for this exceptional project in the Middle East.

We are looking for our future Chefs de Rang ready to embody excellence and the French art of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Lead, motivate and manage front-of-house teams
• Ensure an exceptional and consistent guest experience
• Coordinate service and ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Manage staff scheduling, organization and performance
• Monitor and achieve key performance indicators (sales, upselling, guest satisfaction)
• Drive revenue and optimize restaurant performance
• Manage inventory, supplies and operational costs
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and quality standards
• Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and team development
• Organize and deliver training to maintain service excellence
• Manage cash handling and cash control procedures
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and management teams
• Contribute to the successful opening and development of the restaurant
