Job summary

Les Maisons Bocuse is recruiting the founding kitchen and front-of-house teams for the opening of Monsieur Paul in Abu Dhabi, planned for late 2026. This is an international opening offering a unique professional adventure in the Middle East.

We are seeking a DISHWASHER to join our Central Production Kitchen. The role focuses on washing and sanitizing equipment, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and supporting the high standards of a fine-dining operation.

Qualifications

• Formal training in pastry.
• Proven experience in fine dining or high-end establishments.
• Strong mastery of classic French pastry techniques.
• Detail-oriented with high standards of precision and excellence.
• Team player with adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans
• Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Production Kitchen
• Clean floors, work surfaces, and storage areas
• Empty waste and recycling bins
• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized
• Follow all hygiene and food safety procedures

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and clean all kitchen equipment, utensils, pots, and pans

• Ensure all equipment and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the Production Kitchen

• Clean floors, work surfaces, and storage areas

• Empty waste and recycling bins

• Keep the dishwashing area clean and organized

• Follow all hygiene and food safety procedures

Skills & Soft Skills:
