Job summary

Apt Resources is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee the upkeep of a high-end restaurant in Dubai. You will lead a team of technicians, manage schedules and ensure safety, hygiene, and equipment reliability to support smooth dining operations.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in maintenance leadership within hospitality, with strong focus on building systems and kitchen equipment. Dubai/GCC experience preferred, offering market-standard benefits and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management.
• Minimum 5 years in maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and restaurant equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a proactive maintenance management program for all restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Supervise and lead the maintenance team ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety issues.
• Coordinate repairs, upgrades and preventive maintenance tasks ensuring minimal disruption to restaurant operations.
• Manage the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment ensuring timely procurement and stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, health and hygiene standards and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance and compliance documentation.
