Job summary

Alabbar Enterprises, UAE-based hospitality group, seeks a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to be the first point of contact for guests and manage reservations. You will coordinate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure a seamless dining experience while upholding service standards.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, guiding guests to tables, relaying allergies, and maintaining CRM records. Excellent English communication and a calm, organized demeanor are essential.

Job Summary:
