Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional grooming and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and set the tone for the Josephine experience.
• Manage reservations, inquiries, confirmations, and requests accurately.
• Maintain an organized seating plan to maximize capacity.
• Coordinate with management and service team on availability and arrivals.
• Handle waiting guests with accurate updates during peaks.
• Maintain guest profiles and reservation notes in the system.
• Escort guests to tables and hand over to service team.
• Assist with guest feedback and communicate concerns promptly.
