Job summary

Tiger Recruitment Ltd. is seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Manager to drive footfall, revenue and audience growth for a restaurant and its wider ecosystem, including retail, business centre and events.

You will lead marketing, sales, partnerships and activations to maximise revenue across multiple channels. Ideal candidates will be fluent in Arabic and English, with a proven track record in hospitality marketing and sales, and strong leadership of cross-functional teams and external

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
• Proven experience in marketing and sales management, ideally within hospitality, F&B, retail or a multi-brand commercial environment.
• Strong track record in driving footfall, revenue and audience growth across multiple commercial channels.
• Experience developing and managing an annual marketing, sales and activation calendar.
• Confident building and managing a corporate and private sales pipeline, from proposal through to conversion.
• Experience managing events, activations or venue-based commercial programming.
• Comfortable leading and briefing a creative team, including social media, design, photography and videography.
• Experience working with PR agencies and securing editorial coverage across relevant media.
• Strong relationship-building skills with corporate, government, tourism or hospitality partnerships.
• Highly commercial mindset, measured on revenue and conversion.
• Excellent organisational skills with multi-area prioritisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the marketing, sales and business development for the Restaurant and sister venues.
• Increase footfall, reservations, covers and restaurant revenue.
• Drive repeat visitation and customer retention.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations to reach new audiences.
• Grow the Retail Shop as a revenue stream and promote products across audiences.
• Increase awareness, bookings and recurring revenue for the Business Centre.
• Generate and sell events across spaces including restaurant, centre and event spaces.
• Oversee talent, calendars, briefs and budgets for social media, design and media output.
