Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area.
• Or a 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration with 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning.
• Maintains sanitation standards and assists servers and hosts on floor during peak periods.
• Drives guest and employee satisfaction and supports financial objectives.
