The Role

As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of this multifaceted all day dining operation.You will drive operational excellence, commercial performance and guest satisfaction while building a strong, engaged team and ensuring consistently exceptional standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a General Manager within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or lifestyle dining concepts.
