The Role

As General Manager, you will lead all aspects of this multifaceted all day dining operation. You will drive operational excellence, commercial performance and guest satisfaction while building a strong, engaged team and ensuring consistently exceptional standards.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a General Manager within luxury hospitality, premium restaurants or lifestyle dining concepts.
• Strong GCC experience, ideally within Dubai.
• A charismatic and hands-on leader with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience managing complex, high-volume and multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
• Commercially astute, with a track record of driving revenue, profitability and operational excellence.
• A genuine passion for elevated, lifestyle-led hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Exceptional communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.

Salary package: AED35k pm – negotiable for the right person
