Job summary

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a skilled technician to inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen and laundry equipment in its Ras al-Khaimah properties. The role focuses on electrical, gas, and mechanical systems, with emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance.

The successful candidate will hold a technical diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration Engineering and bring 2–5 years of hotel, resort, or industrial facility experience. Knowledge of HACCP safety standards is a plus.

Qualifications

Technical diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Refrigeration Engineering.
2-5 years experience in hotel, resort, or industrial facility.
Knowledge of gas systems, steam systems, and electrical wiring.
Basic knowledge of safety and HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair commercial kitchen equipment such as cooking ranges, ovens, and dishwashers; maintain laundry machinery.
Diagnose electrical, gas, and mechanical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance programs.
Monitor steam pressure and temperature systems.
Follow hotel safety and fire prevention policies.
Coordinate with Executive Chef and Housekeeping Manager.
Ensure minimal downtime of operational equipment.
