Job summary

Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance of chillers, ventilation, and central AC systems to ensure guest comfort.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in HVAC, has at least two years’ hotel maintenance experience, and can diagnose faults, repair compressors, motors, and controls while coordinating with housekeeping and front office to address guest concerns.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HVAC or Refrigeration required.
• 2+ years of hotel or resort maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of central AC systems and split units.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily inspection of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation units.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose faults and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
• Monitor refrigerant levels and check for leaks.
• Maintain temperature control in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and public areas.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front office regarding guest complaints.
• Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
