Job summary

Ajman Hotel is seeking a skilled Kitchen & Laundry Technician to perform repair and maintenance on a wide range of cooking area and refrigeration equipment, including walk-in freezers, steamers, fridges, ice machines and laundry gear. You will install new equipment, fix leaks, adjust wiring and controls, and work safely to service all listed appliances.

A Diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least three years of hotel maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Certified to a minimum of a Diploma, or accepted equivalent, in either mechanical or electrical engineering with at least 3 years' experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Requires a minimum of 3 years maintenance experience as a multi-skilled technician (Kitchen, Refrigeration and Laundry).
• Substantial knowledge of kitchen and laundry equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on a wide range of kitchen and refrigeration equipment (e.g., walk-in freezers, steamers, refrigerators, ice machines, washers, dryers, dishwashers).
• Install new equipment, fix leaks, adjust wiring and controls, and replace worn parts.
