Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Kitchen Technician in a 4/5-star hotel.
• Experience repairing and maintaining hot and cold kitchen equipment.
• Familiar with HACCP and food safety practices.
• Proficient with ARC and gas welding.
• Knowledge of various kitchen equipment brands.

Responsibilities

• Implement and supervise preventive maintenance for kitchen and laundry equipment.
• Attend repairs and maintenance of kitchen and laundry gear (electric and gas).
• Ensure operation and maintenance of cold rooms, ovens, dishwashers, and related systems.
• Record checks and logs; liaise with hygiene and HACCP compliance.
• Coordinate with Kitchen Equipment Contractors and supervise contractors.
• Maintain tools, spare parts stock, and safety records for equipment.
