Job summary

Sinopack Search seeks an experienced Revit Architect for residential projects in Dubai. The role is hands-on and requires expert-level Revit and BIM capabilities to develop and coordinate BIM models through design development to delivery.

You will produce detailed architectural and technical drawings, ensuring coordination with structural, MEP and other consultants, and maintaining BIM standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Expert-level Revit and BIM capability.
• Strong residential architecture experience.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultant information.
• Strong understanding of residential detailing and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Revit/BIM models for residential projects.
• Produce coordinated architectural and technical drawing packages.
• Coordinate architectural models with structural, MEP and other consultant information.
• Identify and resolve clashes, technical issues and coordination discrepancies.
• Maintain model accuracy, drawing standards and BIM protocols.
• Support projects through design development to construction documentation.
• Work closely with architects, designers and external consultants.
• Ensure design intent is translated into coordinated technical information.
