Job summary

AE Recruitment in Dubai is seeking an Architect to lead project documentation and BIM coordination under senior guidance. You will prepare schematic and development drawings, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage submission packages for local authorities.

The role requires strong proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD, with experience coordinating across MEP and structural teams. Western-educated candidates are preferred; flights and annual bonus are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Architecture from a western university.
• Proficient in Navisworks and Revit.
• Knowledge of local building regulations advantageous.
• Ability to assemble construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create schematic designs and development drawings with senior team guidance.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and regulations.
• Organise project drawings with detailed issue registers.
• Prepare submission packages for authorities and stakeholders.
• Coordinate seamlessly with MEP, structural, and other sub-consultants.
• Lead BIM coordination using Navisworks and review clash detections.
• Audit and optimise Revit models to industry standards and project needs.
• Mentor team members and manage resources for CAD documentation.
