Job summary

Confidential in the UAE seeks an experienced Delivery Lead to manage end-to-end delivery of an enterprise AI workspace for a major Abu Dhabi conglomerate. Job description

Overview:

As our resident delivery lead in the UAE, you manage the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-grade AI platform — a multi-agent AI workspace — for a major Abu Dhabi-based conglomerate. This is not a traditional IT rollout: you will drive iterative, AI-native delivery across data onboarding, agent-workflow assembly, model evaluation gates and staged go-lives, while running the client operating rhythm and interfacing with senior executives, procurement, finance and business units.

Responsibilities:

• Own the AI delivery plan: use-case backlog, milestones, sprints, risks and change — from first pilot to phased production;
• Run the AI-specific quality rhythm: golden-case review, evaluation gates (rubrics/backtests), UAT and acceptance, together with FDE, data and QA teams;
• Translate ambiguous business scenarios into verifiable use cases and acceptance criteria, driving good/bad-path coverage;
• Establish and run the weekly rhythm: meetings, unified kanban, minutes, weekly status reports;
• Act as the primary on-site interface with client executives, procurement, finance and business units; run discovery, demos, acceptance and training;
• Coordinate between the local delivery team and HQ platform teams (product, data, evaluation) to secure resources and transparency;
• Support local operations (visa, compliance, office) and commercial matters (contracts, payment milestones).

Skills

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in IT/software/digital project management, having independently led multi-stakeholder, cross-organisation projects;
• At least 2–3 years specifically delivering AI/ML or LLM-powered projects — mandatory (AI platform, agent, RAG, data & model products); pure IT-infrastructure PM backgrounds will not be shortlisted;
• Hands‑on understanding of AI delivery mechanics: agent workflows, LLM applications, model evaluation, data pipelines — able to challenge engineers on scope, quality and timelines;
• Delivered at least one AI/ML or data‑platform project from 0 to production, with verifiable role;
• Work experience in the Gulf / UAE; fluent English and Chinese; Arabic a strong plus;
• Legally able to work and reside in the UAE long term.

Nice to have:

• Multi‑agent (3+ agents) project delivery experience;
• Customer‑success / adoption management for enterprise AI products;
• PMP, Scrum Master or Product Owner certification.
