• Experience with UAE procedures and authority approvals highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer contract in the capacity of Engineers Representative. Monitor project progress and document changes in scope.
• Coordinate with authorities and agencies for approvals and project handover.
• Liaise with contractors and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and deliverables.
• Review work to ensure compliance with codes standards and quality requirements.
• Review and recommend approval change orders notifying relevant personnel of changes.
• Manage client expectations and provide periodic progress updates.
• Ensure Parsons rights and obligations are met throughout project execution.

Requirements

• RequirementsDegreeDegree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years Experience for Resident Engineers
• Minimum 20 years experience for Senior Resident Engineers
• Prior Experience in construction supervision and delivery particularly in infrastructure Roads Bridges and Community Development projects ideally in the UAE.
• Recent experience in community development projects preferably in Dubai.
• Knowledge of NOC procedures commissioning and Dubai government authority specifications and procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Solid technical knowledge and familiarity with relevant standards and codes.
