Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience.
• UAE consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and project delivery.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
• Abu Dhabi project experience is advantageous.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

KEN International Project Management is seeking a highly experienced Resident Engineer with a proven track record in the successful delivery of high-rise residential and mixed-use developments in the UAE.

The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in construction supervision, technical coordination, stakeholder management, quality control, and project delivery on prestigious developments in Abu Dhabi.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience
• Previous UAE consultancy experience is mandatory
• Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments
• Proven experience in construction supervision and project delivery
• Strong technical coordination, communication, and reporting skills
• Experience coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Sound knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, shop drawings, RFIs, technical submittals, and method statements
• Abu Dhabi project experience will be considered an advantage
• UAE Driving License preferred
