Facade Today in Ras Al Khaimah is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to join a leading engineering consultancy. The role focuses on supervising site activities for high-rise residential and commercial projects, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in construction, at least 5 years as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy, and strong coordination with clients, contractors and authorities. UAE experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and resolve issues.
• Prepare progress reports and attend meetings.

Requirements

• Minimum 15+ years of overall experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Resident Engineer in a UAE consultancy.
• Proven experience handling high-rise residential and commercial building projects.
• Strong track record of independently managing projects from inception to completion.
• Experience working on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within quality standards, and in compliance with contract requirements.
• Strong knowledge of authority regulations, project coordination, site supervision, and consultant responsibilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage).
• UAE experience is mandatory.
