KEN International Project Management is looking for a Senior Resident Engineer to oversee site supervision of high-rise residential and mixed-use schemes in Abu Dhabi. You will lead construction activities, ensure quality, safety, and contractual compliance, and coordinate with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 14 years of professional experience.
• UAE consultancy experience is mandatory.
• Strong UAE experience in high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
• Proven experience in construction supervision and project delivery.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Experience coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, HSE requirements, shop drawings, RFIs, and method statements.
• Abu Dhabi project experience is advantageous.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise construction and site supervision activities.
• Monitor progress, quality, safety, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders.
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, method statements, and technical submissions.
