Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in healthcare project management, with a deep understanding of hospital construction and healthcare industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale hospital project, ensuring that all phases are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to design and build a facility that meets healthcare standards and operational needs.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage project risks, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth project progression.
• Coordinate project teams and resources, including internal departments and external contractors, to maintain project momentum and timelines.
• Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scope, adjusting as necessary to meet evolving requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication between all project stakeholders, ensuring that expectations are aligned and any concerns are addressed promptly.
• Oversee quality assurance and control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or hospital construction sector.
• Extensive experience with large-scale healthcare facility construction projects, including knowledge of hospital design, construction, and operational needs.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage multiple teams and coordinate complex tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry standards, and best practices in hospital construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
