Job summary

Sobha Constructions Llc in Dubai seeks a Senior Project Leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale residential developments. You will mobilize resources, coordinate structural, finishing, MEP and façade work, and steer the project to successful handover.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, brings 15+ years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership, and a proven track record on high-rise, mixed-use or large-scale buildings in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years in construction with 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record delivering high-rise or large-scale building developments.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, planning, budgeting and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the complete project lifecycle from mobilization to handover.
• Oversee structural, finishing, MEP, and façade activities ensuring integration among disciplines.
• Develop and implement project execution strategies, construction methodologies, resource plans, and recovery plans to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress, productivity, quality, cost control and adherence to contractual obligations.
• Drive construction excellence through planning, risk management, value engineering, and HSE compliance.
• Lead project teams including Project Managers, Engineers and construction staff for successful delivery.
