Job summary

Morgan Consulting Engineers is seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to lead the construction and development of a major hospital project in Dubai. You will oversee the project from conception through completion, ensuring milestones are met on time, within budget, and to Healthcare standards.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in healthcare or hospital construction, a civil engineering or construction management background, and PMP certification.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare or hospital construction.
• Experience leading large-scale healthcare facilities projects.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field; Master's preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of a hospital project on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to meet healthcare standards.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Manage project risks, identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Coordinate project teams and resources to maintain momentum and timelines.
• Monitor and report project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage schedules, budgets, and scope, adjusting as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders and address concerns promptly.
• Oversee quality assurance and control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
