Responsibilities

• Liaise with the Hotel to ensure smooth operation of the residential entity.
• Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of the residences.
• Address operational challenges and allocate resources to maximize efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Lead management of Residences Common Areas and Owners Lounges.
• Oversee Homeowners Association governance and manage resident relations and inquiries within required timelines.
• Ensure health, safety, security, and compliance with SOPs across residential operations.
