Responsibilities span common areas, owner amenities, housekeeping, engineering, and valet.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a commitment to service excellence across luxury residential operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in residential arena or 5 years in hotel management.
• Experience in a luxury hotel required.
• College education, hospitality management degree.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the hotel to ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the residential entity.
• Lead and develop department managers and colleagues.
• Manage HOA governance and budget oversight.
• Ensure health, safety, and security protocols for residents.
