Qualifications

• Master's or PhD Degree in Petroleum Engineering.
• 18-20+ years of professional experience within the reservoir development field.
• Experience in Kurdistan / Iraq / or the Middle East is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead FDP planning across the portfolio to ensure optimal resource recovery and economic viability.
• Oversee evaluation of development options, well types, trajectories, and completions.
• Lead integration of geological, petrophysical, and dynamic data to define reservoir properties.
• Monitor reservoir performance to ensure forecasts are met and value is maximised.
• Support investment decisions with cash flow modelling, NPV/IRR assessments, and sensitivity analyses.
• Coach and mentor the reservoir engineering team and align with corporate policies.
