Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Reservoir Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of experience in subsurface Reservoir Engineering.
- Proficient in reservoir modeling and data analysis.
- Experience with multiple modeling tools and software.
Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise and coordinate activities in the assigned area.
- Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable proficiency.
- Provide inputs for preparation of budgets and cost control.
- Implement approved policies, processes, standards and procedures.
- Contribute to achievement of performance objectives for the unit/department.
- Design and implement improvements to processes and use of technology.
