Job summary

Caravan by Our Habitas Hatta is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests, handling enquiries and reservations with warmth and efficiency.

You will collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales and Operations to maximise bookings, provide detailed information on accommodation, packages and experiences, ensure a personalised guest journey in the UAE's Hatta mountains, input accurate guest data, assist with deposits and payments, and stay up-to-date on promotions and

Qualifications

• Reservation experience in hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication via phone, email and digital channels.
• Commercial awareness to upsell without compromising guest experience.
• Experience with hotel PMS or reservations systems is an advantage.
• Highly organised and accurate with guest data and payments.
• Team-oriented with cross-department collaboration.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Knowledge of Our Habitas brand and philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest reservation enquiries across phone, email, online channels with warmth and efficiency.
• Manage new reservations, amendments and cancellations accurately in PMS and booking platforms.
• Provide guests with information about accommodation, rates, packages, experiences, dining, wellness and activities.
• Understand guest needs and recommend suitable accommodations and packages for a personalised stay.
• Convert enquiries into bookings through confident communication and product knowledge.
• Upsell and cross-sell experiences while keeping relevance to guest preferences.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, booking details, and payment information.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Revenue, Sales and Operations.
• Ensure clear rates, availability, conditions, and cancellation policies.
• Assist with group/event reservations when required.
