Job summary

Millennium Downtown Abu Dhabi is seeking a Reservations Agent to be the first point of contact for guests seeking room reservations. You will provide friendly service, handle inquiries, and ensure accurate and efficient booking processes.

In this role you will guide guests through availability, rates, and hotel amenities, verify guest details and payments, and promote offers to enhance their stay. You will collaborate with the reservations team to manage inventory and support group bookings.

• Uphold a high standard of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve reservation skills and knowledge.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of guests and colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
