Responsibilities

• Providing day-to-day IT support to employees across different departments
  
• Installing configuring and maintaining computers laptops printers and other office equipment
  
• Troubleshooting hardware software and network issues in a timely manner
  
• Setting up new workstations and ensuring all systems are functioning properly
  
• Managing internet connectivity email accounts and user access permissions

Requirements
