Job summary

A leading company in finance located in Ajman is seeking an experienced accounting professional. The role involves managing end-to-end accounting processes, preparing VAT returns compliant with UAE regulations, and leading a team of 3–4. Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance, 3–4 years of UAE experience, and a strong understanding of accounting software. Excellent communication skills in English and team leadership abilities are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter / CA Finalist preferred).
• 3–4 years of UAE experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end accounting & independent book closure.

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including month-end and year-end book closures.
• Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
• Ensure adherence to UAE Corporate Tax regulations and maintain accurate records.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Maintain and update accounting records using ERP systems and accounting software.
• Support internal and external audits with timely and accurate documentation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Commerce / Finance (CA Inter / CA Finalist preferred).
• 3–4 years of UAE experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in:
  • End-to-end accounting & independent book closure.
  • VAT return preparation & compliance.
  • Basic working knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax.
