Job summary

The Cigna Group in Dubai is seeking a Retention & Distribution Associate to support renewal and retention activities, coordinating with brokers, customers, underwriting, operations, and customer service to ensure timely renewal processing and high service levels.

The role focuses on operational support, data integrity, and reporting to drive retention metrics, monthly targets, and improved customer outcomes within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Experience in insurance, customer service, sales support, or related operations preferred.
• Analytical and reporting skills with ability to monitor activity and trends.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal and retention activities with tracking, coordination, and follow-up.
• Coordinate between brokers, customers, underwriting, operations, and customer service.
• Maintain engagement with brokers and distribution partners to support retention.
• Prepare insights to support retention strategies and planning.
• Assist with customer outreach related to renewals and service requests.
• Maintain data integrity across systems and support process improvements.
