Job summary

Veta Virtual seeks an experienced WordPress expert to build full-site projects, lead design directions, and optimize conversions for U.S.-based clients. You’ll set up tracking, monitor performance, and manage plugins/themes in a 100% remote role.

Required 3–5+ years WP experience, strong UI/UX sensibility, HTML/CSS/JS skills, and CRO knowledge. LATAM or Europe-based candidates preferred with overlapping US hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of hands-on WordPress experience with full site builds.
• Strong UI/UX sensibility; wireframes in Figma or Canva.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of CRO and its impact on conversions.
• Experience managing themes, plugins, and page builders.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work within or overlap with U.S. time zones.
• Based in LATAM or Europe.

Responsibilities

• Build complete WordPress websites from concept to launch using internal templates and tools.
• Create design mockups and lead visual direction for new site builds.
• Set up conversion tracking using GTM, Meta Pixel, and GA4.
• Monitor conversion rates and implement UI/UX improvements to increase leads.
• Handle support tickets, bug fixes, layout issues, and content updates.
• Troubleshoot theme, plugin, and performance issues.
• Support integrations with GoHighLevel and other tools.
• Perform basic hosting checks including uptime, plugin conflicts, and backups.
